About the role
The Client Care Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Update client records and maintain accurate information
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
