Client Care Specialist

About the role

Join our 24/7 VECCS Level I Certified Emergency & Specialty Hospital in Waukesha, WI. As a Client Care Specialist, you will work alongside board-certified specialists, emergency clinicians, and experienced veterinary professionals.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate manner
• Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately and completely
• Educate and advise clients regarding WVRC services and practices
• Process appointments, emergencies, and client requests while ensuring the highest quality of care and satisfaction for our clients
• Process invoices and payments accurately
• Update and maintain client/pet records and files in accordance with hospital legal requirements
• Aid in other administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, emailing
• Absorb and follow protocols, seeking guidance when necessary
• Work second shift, 3pm-12am, with every other weekend and holiday rotation

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
• Proven effective communication and the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Willing and able to provide exceptional customer service
• Motivated and dedicated individual who is self-motivated to provide exceptional service
• Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills (Windows-based)
• Experience in a similar role preferred

Pay

$17-20/hr, Dependent on Experience + $5/hr Shift Differential for third shift

Schedule

Full-Time | Third Shift | 9pm-7am | 2-3 weekdays per week | includes every other weekend and some holidays
