Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from existing and prospective clients
• Build rapport and trust through attentive listening and clear communication
• Schedule appointments and dispatch technicians
• Document and process customer requests accurately
• Follow established processes to ensure a seamless client experience

Requirements

• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate information
• At least 1 year of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of call center experience (preferred but not required)
