Client Care Representative

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails
• Schedule service appointments and support dispatch
• Make outbound calls to customers and maintenance members
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Aid with reporting and administrative tasks
• Help keep the office organized and running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of customer service or admin experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and organization
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Preferred: HVAC or trades experience, ServiceTitan familiarity

Pay

$20-$24/hour + performance incentives

Monday-Friday, full-time
