Client Care Representative
Job Summary
Answers incoming client telephone calls and ensures that each call is answered before the third ring using the approved company greeting and script.
Notifies clients ahead of time if the technician is not going to arrive within the scheduled time window.
Makes outbound calls to clients to ensure satisfaction with any repairs.
On Call after hours in rotation.

Requirements
- Good communication skills, both verbal and telephone.
- Must have good computer software skills.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
