Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Above-average verbal and telephone communication skills are essential
- Must have good computer software skills
- Prior customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Answers incoming client telephone calls and ensures that the client forms a positive impression of the company
- Communicates courteously and pleasantly with clients, both on the phone and in person
- Ensures calls are answered promptly before the third ring
- Notifies clients in advance if the technician will be delayed
- Makes outbound calls to club membership clients to ensure satisfaction
