Client Care Representative

Job Duties

• Answers incoming client telephone calls and ensures a positive first impression
• Communicates courteously and pleasantly, both verbally and via phone
• Ensures calls are answered within the first three rings and uses the approved company greeting and script
• Notifies clients in advance if the plumber will be delayed
• Bookes up missed service appointments for agreement membership clients

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Essential above-average verbal and telephone communication skills
• Good computer software skills
• Prior customer service experience and phone sales experience preferred
