CLIENT CARE REPRESENTATIVE
About the Role
Animal Care Group of Lake Oswego has two openings for Client Care Representatives, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. We welcome applications from pairs (e.g., friends or former coworkers) but consider each applicant individually based on experience, availability, and fit. Saturday availability is required, and we strive to provide consistent schedules with work-life balance in mind.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage a high-volume phone system with accuracy and care
- Schedule appointments and help coordinate patient flow throughout the day
- Respond to client messages and communicate with the medical team
- Assist with client education, billing, estimates, and financial transactions
- Keep information organized and communication moving between clients and teammates
- Provide a steady, compassionate presence during routine visits and difficult moments
Requirements
- Previous veterinary or medical reception experience is strongly preferred
- Warm, compassionate, and confident demeanor, even in busy or emotional situations
- Clear and professional communication in person, over the phone, and digitally
- Dependability and commitment to supporting teammates
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
- Comfort discussing veterinary services, treatment estimates, and payments
- Positive energy and enjoyment of teamwork
- Adaptability, organization, and readiness to learn and grow
