Join a dynamic, fast-growing veterinary urgent care platform where innovation and compassion are at the core. As a Client Care Coordinator (CCC), you will wear many hats, juggling communications and administrative tasks while creating a positive first impression for clients.
Responsibilities
- Juggle communications and administrative tasks such as teletriage, web chat, emails, and medical record management
- Create a positive first impression for clients by greeting and answering questions with enthusiasm and empathy
- Add clients to the waitlist and find ways to help pet owners even if it doesn’t result in a clinic visit
- Ensure the queue management software is organized and accurate to facilitate smooth workflow for the clinical team

$50,000 - $60,000 annually
