About the role

Picnic Veterinary Urgent Care is seeking a Client Care Coordinator (CCC) to join our dynamic team. As a CCC, you will be a key member of our Client Care Team, providing exceptional client service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Juggle communications and administrative tasks in the Command Center, including teletriage, web chat, emails, and medical record management.
  • Create a positive first impression at the Welcome Kiosk by greeting and answering questions with enthusiasm and empathy.
  • Add clients to the waitlist and find ways to assist pet owners even if it doesn't result in a clinic visit.
  • Ensure the accuracy and organization of our queue management software to facilitate smooth workflow for the clinical team.

Qualifications

  • Read and understand Truss Vet's core values.
  • Passionate about veterinary care and the human-animal bond.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Pay

$20 - $25 per hour

Schedule

This is a Sunday-only position consisting of 12-hour shifts. Opportunities to pick up additional 12-hour shifts may be available as staffing needs arise but are not guaranteed.
