Client Care Coordinator
About the role
Truss Vet operates five veterinary urgent care clinics across North and South Carolina, with a mission to elevate the human‑animal bond by removing barriers to compassionate, high‑quality veterinary care. The clinics provide care for pets with non‑life‑threatening issues that can’t wait for a regular vet visit but don’t belong in the ER. As a Client Care Coordinator (CCC), you will wear many hats, toggling between our Command Center (teletriage, web chat, emails, medical records) and our Welcome Kiosk, where you create a positive first impression for clients by greeting them with enthusiasm and empathy, adding them to the waitlist, assisting pet owners even when a visit isn’t needed, and keeping queue‑management software organized and accurate so the clinical team’s workflow runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Juggle communications and administrative tasks in the Command Center (teletriage, web chat, emails, medical record management)
- Greet and answer questions with enthusiasm and empathy at the Welcome Kiosk
- Add clients to the waitlist and assist pet owners even when the conversation doesn’t translate to a clinic visit
- Ensure queue‑management software is kept organized and accurate to facilitate smooth workflow for the clinical team
