Responsibilities

• Guiding clients through each stage of the loan process with professionalism and care
• Collecting and organizing required documentation
• Coinciding with borrowers, loan officers, builders, Realtors, title companies, and underwriting
• Providing regular updates so all parties know exactly where the loan stands
• Monitoring deadlines and proactively solving issues to keep closings on schedule
• Delivering an exceptional client experience from beginning to end

Requirements

• Loves details and takes pride in accuracy
• An exceptional communicator with outstanding follow-through
• Comfortable learning and using technology and multiple software platforms
• Successfully manages multiple files and priorities
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Has a genuine heart for serving others and creating an outstanding client experience

Qualifications

• Mortgage, banking, title, or real estate experience is helpful, but not required.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $18-$20 per hour + bonus.

Schedule

The schedule is from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST.
