Responsibilities
- Guiding clients through each stage of the loan process with professionalism and care
- Collecting and organizing required documentation
- Coinciding with borrowers, loan officers, builders, Realtors, title companies, and underwriting
- Providing regular updates so all parties know exactly where the loan stands
- Monitoring deadlines and proactively solving issues to keep closings on schedule
- Delivering an exceptional client experience from beginning to end
Requirements
- Loves details and takes pride in accuracy
- An exceptional communicator with outstanding follow-through
- Comfortable learning and using technology and multiple software platforms
- Successfully manages multiple files and priorities
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Has a genuine heart for serving others and creating an outstanding client experience
Qualifications
- Mortgage, banking, title, or real estate experience is helpful, but not required. We are happy to train the right person who brings the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to learn.

Pay
The hourly rate for this position is $18-$20 per hour + bonus.
Schedule
Remote role, schedule is from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST.
