Mindful Support Services is a company dedicated to empowering therapists, psychologists and nurse practitioners to dive into private practice, without doing all of the leg work that comes with it. We provide high-quality billing, marketing, and administrative services to independent mental health care providers.

Responsibilities
- Create a warm and welcoming phone call for new clients calling to access mental healthcare for the first time.
- Match new clients with the mental health provider that best suits their needs.
- Communicate clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail when entering client data.
- Maintain personal and team qualitative and quantitative goals.
- Aid in emotionally challenging phone calls and refer clients in crisis to the appropriate resources.
- Educate clients about insurance, authorizations, provider policies, and payments.
Requirements
No prior medical or insurance experience is required; in-depth training is provided by the skilled and supportive team.
Qualifications
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment and have customer service experience in ANY fast-paced industry.
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
