Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients
- Conduct client intakes, assessments, and ongoing check-ins
- Cookier schedules and match caregivers to clients based on needs and skillsets
- Support caregivers with updates, training reminders, and problem-solving
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Assist in resolving scheduling challenges or client concerns in a timely, professional manner
- Collaborate with the office team to ensure smooth operations and excellent service
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to serve seniors and their families
- Previous home care or healthcare coordination experience a plus
- Proficiency with scheduling software is helpful (training provided)
