We are looking for a Client Care Coordinator to join our company. This individual will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities
- Supporting regular office operations
- Screens phone calls
- Scheduling meetings
- Visiting clients
- Entering data into database
- Recruiting and/onboarding new team members
Qualifications
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
