Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely delivery of tailored solutions and managing client feedback.
- Respond to client emails and follow up on pending requests, approvals, and missing information to keep tasks on track.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the team and with clients.
- Own the sales cycle for sales opportunities and renewals. Collaborate with Account Executives on new sales opportunities.
- Lead client onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating with all internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience. Help create ticket details that are shared with all stakeholders.
- Maintain full ownership of assigned client accounts, coordinating closely with the Accounting Department on invoicing and account changes. Host client check-in calls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Professional experience of 4-6 years in customer service, client management, or a related role, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and relationship building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to compose professional emails.
- Experience in CRM software such as Salesforce and Copper.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Self-starter who can work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks on a computer.
