Client Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Client Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our financial institution partners receive the best possible service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Execute client delivery and service processes to support client initiatives
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to drive end-to-end client satisfaction and engagement
• Understand client business requirements and implement solutions
• Compile project requirements, identify, research, and analyze client business needs
• Support the testing, user documentation, and blended learning plans
• Ensure adherence to business and system development methodologies and encourage continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in business and IT program and project management
• Experience working with business financial practices and accounting
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to influence others through collaborative efforts
• Operational consulting experience is valued
• Knowledge of FD system (PCF, ACS, Letters, DQ, Rules)
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile Development methodologies

Qualifications

• Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization required

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
