About the role
Imagine360 is a third-party payer for self-funded health and welfare plans, committed to driving change in the healthcare industry. This position is clerical in nature and responsible for collecting and processing incoming check payments along with prepping outgoing check payments. The Client Banking Specialist assists the Client Banking Manager in performing daily activities to support successful team outcomes and achieves quality and production metrics.
Position Location: 100% remote
Responsibilities
- Produce and distribute check run reports to clients daily
- Update tracking of all client check runs
- Release check runs as client authorizations are received timely and accurately
- Distribute client notifications for check runs daily and timely
- Adhere to department policies and procedures
- Perform back-up and other duties, as assigned
Customer Service
- Act as a role model in demonstrating the core values in customer service delivery
- Provide timely and thorough follow-up with internal and external customers
- Appropriately escalate difficult issues up the chain of command
Quality Assurance
- Perform review and/or audit of other employees' work to ensure quality and procedural measures are being met
- Actively participate in Client Banking team meetings and cross-departmental meetings as necessary
- Recognize and alert appropriate supervisor of trends within scope of responsibility that fall outside of quality parameters
- Perform self-quality monitoring to develop and execute plans to meet established goals
- Provide ongoing feedback to help optimize quality performance
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- 2+ years related work experience required
- Prior banking reconciliation experience strongly preferred (e.g., Business Banking, Treasury Management, Funds movement process)
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to reconcile funding accounts and transactions
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Access
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge
- Proficient in 10-key and typing skills
- Ability to follow up on work assigned and obtain proper review and approval
- Ability to gather and analyze information for problem resolution
- Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and above-average customer service skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, handle stress, and interact professionally with others
