We’re looking for a Client Service Associate to:

• provide a best-in-class client experience through active communication, exceptional attention to detail, and quick inquiry resolution
• onboard and maintain client accounts, process deposits and distributions
• perform administrative duties that support daily business practices

You’ll be working as part of Jenson Wealth Management in our Bloomington, Minnesota office. Our team is committed to building long-term client relationships through high-quality, personalized service. We believe lasting relationships begin with listening carefully, understanding each client’s priorities and concerns, and working together to consider the full financial picture. As a Client Associate, you’ll help strengthen these relationships by providing responsive support to clients and assisting the team with the day-to-day details that help deliver a seamless client experience.

Requirements

• Series 7 and 66 licenses or willingness to obtain after hire
• Ideally 5 years of experience in client service, preferably within the finance sector
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, focusing on finance, communication, or business
• Excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented (nothing gets past you)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

The indicative gross base salary range for this full-time role in Bloomington, Minnesota is USD 55,000 – USD 75,000 per annum. The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location, and skill level.
