Client Associate
About the role
Provides foundational support to employee benefits clients by assisting with enrollments, billing, documentation, and system updates. This role executes routine tasks with guidance while developing a working knowledge of benefits, processes, and the client lifecycle.
Essential job duties
- Provides day‑to‑day operational and administrative support across the employee benefits client lifecycle, including enrollments, billing, eligibility updates, and system maintenance.
- Prepares and distributes client and employee materials, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to compliance and documentation standards.
- Supports onboarding of new clients by executing checklist tasks and coordinating required data, materials, and internal workflows.
- Responds to routine client and internal inquiries, escalating issues as appropriate while continuing to build benefits and compliance knowledge.
- Assists with renewals, benchmarking, RFP preparation, and marketing coordination under close supervision.
- Executes assigned tasks accurately and efficiently while progressing through structured training and guided learning.

Qualifications
- Basic technical application/exposure
- Readiness to learn + grow through structured training and mentorship
- Life & Health License: Take and pass Life & Health License within timing necessary for state and role requirements
