Responsibilities

  • Manage and service an assigned book of business in close collaboration with the Client Executive, maintaining high operational standards with minimal supervision
  • Partner with senior team members to service, retain, and actively expand existing client accounts to drive long-term business success
  • Engage directly in client advisory work, developing deep subject matter expertise while assisting in risk management consulting and strategic insurance program development
  • Foster a team-oriented environment, coordinating tasks efficiently to ensure seamless client support and internal workflows

Requirements

  • Entry-level or up to 2 years of professional experience, with a strong desire to build a long-term career in risk management
  • Exceptional bilingual verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English
  • Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license, or the ability to obtain one within 6 months of hire (with firm support)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office application suite
  • Strong customer service, listening, and telephone communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, planning, and prioritization abilities
  • Proven capacity to work collaboratively within a team

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 USD base salary + bonus incentives
