Client Associate

About the role

This role will be pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of administrative support and client service, with particular focus on assisting high-net-worth clients.

Your team

You will support a Financial Advisor in our Syracuse, NY branch.

Responsibilities

• Keep management systems up-to-date with client information
• Educate clients on account services and capabilities
• Help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• Collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
• Plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• Provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

Qualifications

• Series 7 and 66 licenses (for registered CSAs only) preferred but not needed at the time of hire
• Ideally 3-5 years of experience in client service within the finance sector
• College degree, focusing on finance/banking

Skills

• Excellent communicator with solid interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

USD $58,000 - $65,000 per annum (full-time equivalent), based on factors including experience, qualifications, education, location, and skill level.
