Client Associate
About the role
We’re looking for a Client Associate to take care of people and provide excellent service. As a Client Associate, you will be responsible for keeping management systems up-to-date with client information, educating clients on account services and capabilities, helping with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings, collecting the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests, planning team marketing events, and maintaining marketing materials, and providing the team with a detailed calendar of activities.
Your team
You will be working as part of a Financial Advisor team in the New York Private Wealth Management Office. As a Client Associate, you'll play an important role on the team.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
- Bachelor's degree preferred, focusing on finance, business administration, or related field
- Excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role: United States - New York - New York min USD 55,000 - max USD 75,000 /annum. The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location, and skill level.
