About the role

Responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of desktops, laptops, peripherals, phone sets, cabling, software, printers, multi-function printers and all other end user technology products.

• Support all other end user technology products.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate of Applied Science preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred.
• CompTIA A+ required within 9 months.
• IT Fundamentals preferred.
• 6 months of experience providing technical support relevant to job duties required.
• 3 years of experience in providing technical support relevant to job duties preferred.

Pay

Salary range: $53,352.00 – $73,339.50 (bi‑weekly pay frequency). Wage determined based on experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Schedule

• Standard hours: 75.00 hours bi‑weekly.
• Weekend/holiday work required: Yes.
• On‑call required: Yes, with rotation.
• Scheduled work hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
