Client Advocate - Remote
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Aid clients and their employees with various benefit questions, including finding physicians, understanding benefit plans, reviewing and resolving claims, and handling authorization/approval issues.
- Resolve transition of care issues and confirm member cost-share under their plan.
- Complete annual benchmark and employee survey reports.
- Coordinate client events such as health fairs and wellness meetings.

- Proficiency with computer programs, specifically Microsoft Office and Excel.

Education, Training and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree, required.
- Previous experience working in insurance/employee benefits, preferred.
- Valid California Life and health license, required within 90 days.
Pay
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $65,000 to $70,000 per year. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
