About the role
The Client Advocate (CA) is responsible for cultivating and maintaining client relationships, leading strategy development and execution, and delivering best-in-class client service. This role will focus on Real Estate clients, requiring a strong understanding of industry-specific risks, market dynamics, and client priorities.
Responsibilities
- Retail and maintain client relationships as the primary point of contact
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and support new client acquisition
- Lead the RFP process, including strategy, content development, and final deliverables
- Partner with broking and sales teams to stay informed on market trends and opportunities
- Develop a strong understanding of client industries, particularly within Real Estate
- Provide strategic risk and insurance advisory in partnership with WTW practice and industry specialists
- Lead the development and delivery of the E365 Service Plan and Client Stewardship reports
- Coordinate and integrate WTW resources to deliver a seamless client experience
- Lead and mentor account team members
- Drive profitability and retention across assigned accounts
- Negotiate and deliver fee and compensation agreements
- Partner with broking teams to design and optimize client insurance programs using data and analytics
- Drive the renewal process, including strategy development and execution
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of commercial Property & Casualty experience in a client-facing role
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of coverage structures, program design, and gap analysis; ability to interpret underwriting submissions, exposure data, loss runs, and analytics; experience with complex insurance programs, including multi-location risks and specialized exposures
- Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform client strategy; strong presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders; strong relationship management and client advisory capabilities; effective negotiation and problem-solving skills; ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities; demonstrated leadership and team collaboration
- Licenses & Credentials: Must maintain an active Property & Casualty broker license; professional designations preferred (e.g., CPCU, ARM, CIC, CRM, AINS)
