What You'll Do

  • Master Client Relationships: Take charge and demonstrate your expertise by managing and nurturing client relationships. As a strategic advisor, your thorough, knowledgeable approach to understanding clients’ goals will exceed expectations and set new industry standards.
  • Deliver Impactful Solutions: Provide targeted, results-driven solutions that enhance our clients' experiences. Your self-discipline and conscientious nature will drive impactful strategy conversations with clients about how you and DAS Technology can provide value and ROI.
  • Streamline Client Success: Your sincere approach and expertise enable you to identify and address client needs proactively, ensuring their success and satisfaction. Your quick action and facts-based approach will keep us at the forefront of clients’ minds as valued partners.
  • Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and sales, to deliver precise solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. Your direct, data-driven communication powers us to solve real-time client challenges collaboratively and quickly.
  • Excel in a Fast-Paced Environment: Manage multiple high-impact client projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, structured environment. Your agility, accuracy, and intense focus enable you to proactively identify any hint of underperformance and move quickly to meet and exceed client expectations.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of demonstrated B2B client account management and advocacy experience. You lead with confidence, precision, and thoroughness.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and providing insightful client analytics. Automotive industry experience and social media knowledge paired with a bachelor’s degree are preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing/automation systems, social media marketing, CRM, and lead management technology. You’re the expert!
  • Demonstrated talent in building rapport and client relationships. Your sincere, helpful, cooperative style plus your solution expertise leads to long-lasting, trusted relationships with your clients.
