The Client Advocate plays a vital role in maintaining client loyalty and satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients to ensure their service requirements are addressed promptly and effectively. Acting as the client’s representative within the company, the Client Advocate facilitates communication between clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of Release of Information services and timely resolution of issues. This role contributes to client retention and overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the official liaison for clients to address their needs promptly
  • Understand clients’ expectations to build trust and maintain satisfaction
  • Expedite resolution of client issues to minimize operational disruptions
  • Keep clients informed of relevant educational information and best practices
  • Track client satisfaction and prevent potential dissatisfaction or account loss
  • Document client interactions and reported issues to ensure proper follow-up and identify improvement opportunities
  • Record actions taken on client requests within the MedRelease platform
  • Maintain expertise in MedRelease and EMR request routing to optimize client service use

Requirements

  • College degree or minimum of 3 years experience managing client accounts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills exhibiting professionalism and positivity
  • Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration to support problem-solving and improvements
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage resources and meet deadlines
  • Receptive to coaching and feedback for professional growth
  • Ability to work independently with focus on individual and team objectives
  • Resilience and systematic approach to maintain client satisfaction
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel; CRM experience preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% for client meetings and company events
