Client Advisor - White Plains (Spanish Speaker)

About the role

The CA must embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, fostering a culture of clienteling and entrepreneurship. They are responsible for deepening client relationships, driving loyalty, and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop client relationships and exceed commercial targets through building your own business.
• Deepen the relationship with clients to drive lifetime loyalty and spend.
• Capture client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships.
• Identify and implement innovative strategies to grow your business through delivering elevated client experiences.
• Drive business through key product pillars and convert clients through curiosity and discovery.
• Elevate the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments to every client.
• Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every selling ceremony using the Tiffany Touch.
• Embrace and leverage client feedback to continuously improve the in-store experience.
• Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.

Requirements

• Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.
• Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
• Ability to connect with the client and work with a diverse client base.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.

Qualifications

• Required: Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience. Proven track record in achieving Commercial results. Ability to connect with the client. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work with a diverse client base. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• PREFERRED: A college/university degree. Proficiency in multiple languages. Spanish Speaker Preferred.

Pay

The hiring range for this position ranges from $22.19 – $30.02. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.

Schedule

The CA must be available to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
