Bilingual Client Advisor / Sales Assistant

Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bilingual Client Advisor / Sales Assistant supporting operations at Lucki Mazda of Woodbridge. In this role, you will assist customers throughout the vehicle shopping and ownership experience while helping deliver a trustworthy, high-quality customer experience. You will work alongside a collaborative team that values integrity, continuous learning, accountability, and respect.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom and throughout the sales process
• Build strong relationships through clear communication and excellent customer service
• Support vehicle sales activities and customer followup
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment
• Aid in scheduling appointments, preparing paperwork, and coordinating deliveries
• Communicate with customers regarding vehicle availability, features, and next steps
• Support the sales team in achieving performance and customer satisfaction goals
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
