Client Advisor (Part-time), A|X Armani Exchange

About the role

You will be part of a diverse team who will help drive sales and provide an excellent client experience that represents the brand.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to execute merchandising and client relationship strategies
• Develop a client base and drive store revenue
• Shape the brand experience through your daily presence on the sales floor
• Act as a client advisor, share product knowledge, and provide the highest level of service
• Convey the vision of Giorgio Armani with passion and integrity

Qualifications & Skills

• Preferred retail experience in a similar position
• A high school diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team
• Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach, such as CRM, WeChat, etc.
• Prior experience in Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other languages considered a strong asset
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends

Pay

$15.00 per hour, with the opportunity to participate in a bonus or commission benefit plan depending on the brand, and a comprehensive benefits package.
