Client Advisor (Part-time), A|X Armani Exchange
About the role
As an associate with Giorgio Armani Corporation, you will be part of a diverse team with whom you will collaborate to drive sales and deliver an excellent client experience that embodies the brand. Your entrepreneurial spirit, passion for the brand, alignment with the company’s values, and knowledge of the luxury/retail business will directly shape the client experience. As a Client Advisor, you will help execute merchandising and client relationship strategies, develop a client base, drive store revenue, and shape the brand experience through your daily presence on the sales floor. Success in this role requires operating with integrity, a strong team mindset, and a results-driven approach.
Responsibilities
- Act as a client advisor, sharing product knowledge and delivering the highest level of service
- Assist in executing merchandising and client relationship strategies
- Develop a client base and drive store revenue on the sales floor
- Convey the vision of Giorgio Armani with passion and integrity
Qualifications
- Preferred retail experience in a similar position
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and demonstrated passion for teamwork
- Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach (e.g., CRM, WeChat) preferred
- Mandarin language skills considered a strong asset (not required)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends

$16.00 per hour
