Client Advisor (Part-time), A|X Armani Exchange

About the role

You will be part of a diverse team who will help drive sales and provide an excellent client experience that represents the brand.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to execute merchandising and client relationship strategies
• Assist in developing a client base and driving store revenue
• Provide the highest level of service and share product knowledge
• Act as a client advisor and be accountable for driving sales
• Operate with integrity and have a strong team mindset

Requirements

• Preferred retail experience in a similar position
• A high school diploma or GED
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach, such as CRM, WeChat, etc.
• Passion for working as a team
• Preferred language skills: Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other languages
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
