About the role

We are looking for a Brand ambassador who embodies the Stone Island Client Promise and represents the Brand’s values. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Client Advisor Manager (CAM) is responsible for delivering exceptional business results by leading and coaching a team, cultivating client relationships, driving sales goals, and ensuring the highest level of client experience for all Stone Island clients. This role also supports the Store Manager and Human Resources in recruiting, developing talent, and contributing to succession planning for Moncler Group.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership
    • Ensure the team delivers the Stone Island Client Promise through consistent client experience.
    • Conduct one-to-ones, observations, and coaching to identify and address team development and training needs; partner with the Field Training Manager to create individual action plans.
    • Identify, recruit, and develop talent in collaboration with the Store Manager/Director and Human Resources to secure succession plans.
    • Manage and inspire the team to drive business by fostering a positive, harmonious work environment that values trust, respect for diversity, and cooperation.
    • Assess and manage team performance against expectations; partner with Store Manager/Director and Human Resources for performance management and progressive discipline.
    • Conduct monthly one-to-ones and performance reviews.
  • Client Experience
    • Lead by example to establish a client-centric mindset and ensure the highest level of client experience.
    • Support the team in building long-term client relationships using clienteling tools, executing clienteling activities, and developing action plans to meet objectives and KPIs.
    • Monitor team performance daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure clienteling excellence.
    • Drive conversion and new client acquisition during elevated, engaging Client Experience Management (CEM) segments.
  • Business Development
    • Provide the Merchandising team with product recommendations and qualitative feedback (e.g., product performance, quality, client insights, local market trends, competitors, and missed opportunities).
    • Convey enthusiasm and passion through team animations, daily briefings, information sharing, and mentoring.
    • Implement action plans to drive business and maximize product performance using visual merchandising, clienteling, training, and team animations.
    • Communicate corporate strategy and relevant business information through inspiring techniques to gain team buy-in and engagement around the Company vision.
  • Selling and Floor Management
    • Drive performance during CEM segments through strategic planning, support, and execution before, during, and after the sale.
    • Lead by example, demonstrating sales leadership to the team; support them with their own sales and foster cross-selling, prospecting, new client acquisition, and client repurchase.
    • Build and develop your own client portfolio.
    • Manage client flow on the selling floor as the CEM to ensure all clients are attended to and receive exceptional service.
    • Proactively handle escalated client-related situations.
    • Maximize business opportunities through efficient client experiences and sales floor management; maintain a visible presence to support the team and uphold the Stone Island Client Promise and Brand values.
  • Operations
    • Collaborate with Operations, Human Resources, Asset Protection, and other cross-functional departments to ensure adherence to all Company policies and procedures.
    • Support and maintain visual merchandising standards.
    • Ensure grooming guidelines are communicated and implemented.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive retail experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing teams in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this role is $72,000 to $82,000 per annum.
