About the role

We are seeking a Client Advisor for our BVLGARI boutique located in the Miami Design District. This role involves connecting clients with high-quality pieces that combine Italian craftsmanship with contemporary design.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by providing expert knowledge and advice on BVLGARI’s small leather goods, handbags, and accessories.
  • Identify client needs and preferences to recommend products that complement their existing collections.
  • Conduct product presentations and private viewings to deliver a personalized shopping experience that aligns with the luxury and exclusivity of the BVLGARI brand.
  • Maintain an updated understanding of the latest collections and offerings in the small leather goods, handbag, and accessory categories.
  • Manage sales transactions efficiently, adhering to company protocols and procedures.

Client Relationship & Portfolio Management

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through a bespoke service tailored to their preferences and lifestyles.
  • Use clienteling tools and systems to track client information, preferences, and purchase history, ensuring a tailored approach in all interactions.
  • Organize and attend client events, product launches, and other activities to enhance client engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Proactively reach out to potential new clients and nurture existing relationships through regular communication, updates on new products, and exclusive offers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury retail, particularly in leather goods and accessories.
  • A strong passion for fashion and luxury, with specific knowledge of small leather goods and handbags.
  • Experience in managing people is considered a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade a discerning clientele.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus, reflecting our global client base.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, and attend client events outside standard retail hours.
  • A professional and polished appearance that aligns with the BVLGARI brand ethos.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and clienteling tools.

Pay

The position offers an hourly range of $29.00–$30.00. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, job-related skills, and internal pay alignment.

Schedule

The schedule for this role includes weekends and holidays, and attendance at client events outside standard retail hours.
