About the role
The FENDI Client Advisor is accountable for providing outstanding customer service and exceeding sales goals. Through product knowledge and operational expertise, they will craft an exceptional client experience and support the Brand’s dedication to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements.
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
- Follow all store guidelines and policies.
- Build and maintain client books; follow through with client concerns, inquiries, and correspondence to grow clientele and drive business.
- Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Participate in stocking and restocking activities.
- Use POS system and other software accurately, updating the customer database as needed.
- Acquire and maintain product knowledge, company information, and competitive awareness.
- Keep up to date with company news and industry trends.
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with FENDI dress code, grooming, and uniform standards.
- Perform regular store maintenance functions as assigned.
- Responsible for opening/closing the store as needed, including leading morning team meetings.
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards under direction from VM, corporate, and management.
- Maintain open communication and positive relationships with store management, peers, and other company personnel.
- Act as a positive role model, representing the brand appropriately at all times.
- Participate in the training of new Client Advisors (product knowledge, store procedures, company policies).
- Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
- Adhere to loss prevention standards and all health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience, luxury retail preferred.
- Strong drive for results; goal-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- RTW (Ready-to-Wear) experience preferred.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift boxes/weights up to 10 lbs.
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- Strong organizational and digital literacy skills.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
