About the role

We are seeking a full-time Client Advisor for our Crystals store. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with their team to establish and nurture loyal and engaging customer relationships, drive sales, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute omni-channel services
• Welcome and guide customers through a smooth customer cycle
• Tend to all details and provide the best-in-class client experience
• Achieve sales, conversion, and clienteling targets
• Uphold administrative procedures and skillfully manage inventory

Skills

• Previous customer-facing role within the retail or hospitality industry
• Proven ability to drive sales and exceptional customer service
• Customer relationship management (CRM) and clienteling
• Fluency in English (additional languages based on market requirements)
