Client Accounting Services Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee bookkeeping and payroll operations across multiple client accounts
• Review financial statements, payroll, and reporting for accuracy and compliance
• Manage and develop a small team of bookkeeping/payroll staff
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong relationships
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and support business development

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle bookkeeping and payroll with oversight responsibilities
• Prior team leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong financial statement and general ledger expertise
• CPA, EA, or similar certification preferred
