Project Management$85k–$116k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have sections: About the Outsourced Accounting & Advisory Services Team, About The Client Accounting & Projects Manager Role, Essential Responsibilities, To be successful in this role..., About BST Gallagher Flynn LLP, Why choose BST-GFC:..., BST-GFC offers..., Salary Description. We must use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to map content to appropriate headings. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we should use those exact headings where applicable. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. We must not put Job ID etc. We need to include a section only when posting has real specific content. So we need sections: About the role (maybe combine About the Outsourced Accounting & Advisory Services Team and About The Client Accounting & Projects Manager Role). Responsibilities (Essential Responsibilities). Requirements/Qualifications (To be successful in this role...). Skills maybe part of requirements. Benefits (BST-GFC offers...). Pay (Salary Description). Schedule maybe not present (no schedule info). So we omit Schedule. We must use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to turn lists into
    • . The responsibilities are a long paragraph with many sentences; we could break into list items for each duty. The requirements also list many bullet-like sentences; we can turn into list. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format as list items preserving the text. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. There's no explicit EEO etc. There's some generic statements like "Why choose BST-GFC: Diversity of our Expertise Communication is Open and Objective Professional Environment and Attitude is Fostered Advancement is Encouraged Ideas are Welcome Community Impact and Employee Engagement Recognized as a Best Place to Work Hybrid and Flexible Work Model". That's not boilerplate? It's marketing but it's substantive? Might be considered fluff but it's part of posting. We'll keep it as a paragraph maybe. We must not include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's structure:

      About the role

... combine the two about sections.

      Responsibilities

      • Support and execute the vision and strategic initiatives of the Outsourcing Accounting & Advisory leadership team for the Business Advisory and Projects function.

      • Oversee day-to-day client financial operations, ensuring accurate, timely processing and real-time financial reporting.

      • Prepare and review balance sheet and income statement reconciliations supported by appropriate documentation and subledger detail.
      • Perform analytical reviews of general ledger activity to identify missing transactions, trends, and anomalies on a monthly and annual basis.
      • Ensure all compliance and regulatory reporting requirements are completed accurately and on time.
      • Serve as a primary point of contact for client leadership teams and Boards, providing clear, timely, and professional communication.
      • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for clients.
      • Lead annual audit coordination and tax return preparation processes.
      • Assist with supervising, mentoring, and developing project accounting team members, supporting performance, growth, and engagement.
      • Own multiple projects and be accountable for scope, timelines, deliverables, resources and deadlines.

      Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
      • 7+ years of progressive experience in outsourced accounting, advisory, or public accounting, with experience managing complex client engagements.
      • Experience with cloud-based accounting solutions and integrated technology platforms, such as QBO, Sage Intacct, Fund Ez, Net Suite, Workday etc. (implementation experience).
      • Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Products (Outlook, Teams, Planner, etc.)
      • Hands-on experience leading client assessments, implementations, and managed services transitions, including ownership of scope, timelines, and deliverables.
      • Strong understanding of AP, AR and payroll processes and their impact on client financial operations.
      • Direct experience working with executive leadership and Boards, providing financial reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations.
      • Experience with forecasting, budgeting and cash flow management.
      • Proven experience overseeing month-end close, financial reporting, audits, and tax preparation with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
      • Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing accounting or advisory professionals in a team-based environment.
      • Proficient knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
      • Strong understanding of internal controls and financial processes.
      • Ability to prepare financial statements on an accrual basis.
      • Ability to analyze report variances and issues with financial statements.
      • Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust, understand client needs, and serve as a strategic advisor to client leadership.
      • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
      • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to travel to client sites as needed.

      Benefits

      • BST offers a robust benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life and disability insurance, flexible work, development and tuition reimbursement.
We also have "Why choose BST-GFC:" bullet points. Could be part of Benefits or separate section? It's more about culture. Could be included in Benefits or maybe a separate "About the company" but we only have headings list; we could incorporate into Benefits or maybe a separate "About the company" not in list. Since only allowed headings are those examples, but we can also use other headings? The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests we should use those headings where applicable, but we could also use other headings if needed? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That implies those are the expected headings; we should stick to them. So we should not create a heading like "About BST Gallagher Flynn LLP". Instead we could fold that info into About the role paragraph or Benefits? Probably better to include in About the role paragraph. We also have salary: Salary Description $85,000 - $115,500 annually. So we need a Pay section. Thus:

      Pay

      $85,000 - $115,500 annually

We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Good. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we didn't duplicate. Now check we haven't missed any substantive info: The "About BST Gallagher Flynn LLP" paragraph about firm description, headquarters, services. That is substantive. We should include it somewhere. Could be part of About the role paragraph (makes sense). Also the "Why choose BST-GFC:" list of culture points. Could be part of Benefits or maybe we could add a separate section but not allowed. We'll incorporate into Benefits paragraph as additional bullet points. Thus Benefits ul will have multiple li: robust benefits package..., and also the culture points: Diversity of our Expertise, Communication is Open and Objective, Professional Environment and Attitude is Fostered, Advancement is Encouraged, Ideas are Welcome, Community Impact and Employee Engagement, Recognized as a Best Place to Work, Hybrid and Flexible Work Model. We need to preserve all info. So we will add those as li. Now check for any other info: "Please visit our website to learn more about BST-GFC’s Talent Experience." That's maybe boilerplate? It's a call to action; could be considered application instruction? It's not exactly application instruction but it's a referral to website. Might be considered navigation? It's not essential; but it's substantive? It's a link suggestion. Might be considered boilerplate? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This is a navigation suggestion to visit website; could be considered navigation. Safer to remove it. Also "BST-GFC offers a competitive benefits package, base compensation, and an employee bonus program for eligible roles based on individual and firm performance per program guidelines." That's substantive about benefits and compensation. We already have benefits and pay; we can incorporate that into Benefits or Pay. Also "The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience; prior relevant experience, skill sets, training; licensure and certifications; market data and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role can be found in the posting, and an actual offer can vary based upon the role, hiring location, and qualifications. At BST-GFC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each individual case." This is more about salary; we could add to Pay section as a paragraph. We must preserve all substantive info; we can include that as a

under Pay. Now check for any other info: "For additional information on BST-GFC’s total rewards, visit our website at: www.bstco.com" That's navigation; remove. Now ensure we didn't miss any responsibilities: The list we captured seems complete. Now check for any requirements we missed: "Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Products (Outlook, Teams, Planner, etc.)" we have. "Hands-on experience leading client assessments, implementations, and managed services transitions, including ownership of scope, timelines, and deliverables." we have. "Strong understanding of AP, AR and payroll processes and their impact on client financial operations." we have. "Direct experience working with executive leadership and Boards, providing financial reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations." we have. "Experience with forecasting, budgeting and cash flow management." we have. "Proven experience overseeing month-end close, financial reporting, audits, and tax preparation with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance." we have. "Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing accounting or advisory professionals in a team-based environment." we have. "Proficient knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting." we have. "Strong understanding of internal controls and financial processes
