Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone and email.
  • Process financial transactions accurately while maintaining client records.
  • Support administration of client accounts including donor advised funds, trusts, and related giving vehicles.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Investigate and resolve routine discrepancies.
  • Partner with Accounting, Cash Operations, and IT to ensure timely client deliverables.
  • Maintain documentation and follow established operational procedures.
  • Utilize approved AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  • Deliver exceptional client service with strong attention to detail.
  • Assist with team coverage and additional operational projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Financial Services, Banking, Wealth Management, Client Services, Operations, Financial Administration
  • Experience processing financial transactions preferred.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Advanced attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
