Client Account Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a Client Account Representative to join our growing team at the largest independent philanthropic solutions provider in North America. This hybrid role is based in Indianapolis, IN, and offers a flexible work environment, competitive compensation, and full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone and email.
• Process financial transactions accurately while maintaining client records.
• Support the administration of client accounts, including donor-advised funds, trusts, and related giving vehicles.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Investigate and resolve routine discrepancies.
• Partner with Accounting, Cash Operations, and IT to ensure timely client deliverables.
• Maintain documentation and follow established operational procedures.
• Utilize approved AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Deliver exceptional client service with strong attention to detail.
• Assist with team coverage and additional operational projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in Financial Services, Banking, Wealth Management, Client Services, Operations, or Financial Administration.
• Experience processing financial transactions preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Pay

$22 - $25 per hour
