Client Account Executive

About the role
In this role, you will manage day-to-day activities for components of marketing programs, ensuring accurate and timely project execution. You will develop and maintain client relationships, possess detailed knowledge of all work in progress, and leverage client business insights to drive credible recommendations aligned with their goals. You will manage project schedules, traffic projects internally and externally, and secure necessary approvals. Additionally, you will assist or lead creative development, review deliverables, prepare data processing specifications, and coordinate with production teams and third-party vendors to ensure quality and accuracy. Financial oversight includes managing profit and loss, estimating staffing and scoping for projects, and handling revenue processes, accounting, and reporting. You will also strengthen client relationships by providing solutions based on Epsilon’s capabilities and maintaining a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape.
Responsibilities
- Execute direct and digital marketing programs, including managing production schedules, client correspondence, conflict resolution, reporting, and presentations.
- Lead and manage automotive marketing campaigns.
- Oversee all data processing and list information, including development and distribution of internal and external reports.
- Assist Account Executives in project management and campaign implementation to ensure timely, flawless execution.
- Manage project cost, billing, and invoicing for clients.
- Increase program efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with the Creative department to ensure alignment with the existing plan.
- Work with the Director and Analytics team to analyze and report on marketing program results.
- Serve as the primary client contact and liaison to Epsilon, representing client interests and driving communication, including expectation setting for budget, timeline, and scope.
- Lead partnerships within the company to build collaboration.
Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of direct marketing.
- Automotive marketing experience preferred.
- Digital marketing experience a plus.
- Ability to multi-task and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to rapidly changing expectations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to interpret analytics to develop actionable insights.
- Impeccable attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to multi-task efficiently and accurately.
- Analytical reasoning and ability to solve practical problems.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Minimum of 3 years of related marketing agency and/or client services experience.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay
Compensation range: USD $50,065.00 - USD $70,784.00 annually. Compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience, consistent with applicable law.
