Schedule
- 6-hour facility shifts for full-time positions (rounds generally start between 7–10 a.m.)
- Freedom from on-call and overnight requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities
- Conduct daily rounding, prescribe medications/treatment plans, and address acute/emergent issues
- Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging as needed
- Maintain reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Advanced Practice Providers must hold an active U.S. license and be board-certified by ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN (for Nurse Practitioners), or by NCCPA (for Physician Assistants). Qualified specialties include, but are not limited to:
- Internal Medicine
- Family Medicine
- Emergency Medicine
- General Practice
- Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Geriatric Medicine
