Clerk - QC - Server Repair Dept. VIII

Daily Responsibilities

• Performing Visual Inspections
• Identifying assembly issues
• Checking for missing screws
• Verifying missing labels
• Assessing defective plastics
• Performing Software/Hardware Testing:
• Testing Windows (7,8,8.1, 10, & Enterprise)
• Testing ChromeOS
• Verifying Documentation:
• Reviewing Traveler Form
• Verifying physical unit details
• Ensuring completeness of customers problem description
• Confirming technicians repair actions
• Checking presence of accessories
• Inspects 45-55 units per day with a pass-rate of 97.5% through OBA.
• Available to work overtime and additional hours on Saturdays (7:00am-3:15pm).

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Prefer college degree in business or computer science.
• At least 0-1 year of experience in repair depot or quality control fields.
• Basic knowledge of Windows-based operating systems.
• Proven skills in working with temporary agencies.
