About the role
This is a full-time role for a candidate who will inspect inventory at various stages of fulfillment within the facility, report findings to team leadership, and collaborate with processing teams.
Responsibilities
- Sample and inspect inventory from assigned processing area.
- Provide feedback in line with established tolerances to fulfillment clerks inquiring about possible discrepancies.
- Communicate systemic or broad discrepancies to leadership of internal and external teams.
- Assist in other areas of the department or other departments as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 1 year of experience in fulfillment or warehouse positions, with specific experience in quality control.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in Spanish and English.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees in Spanish and English.
- Basic computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office and G Suite programs.

Physical Demands

- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
- Occasionally exposed to extreme cold and extreme heat.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
