Responsibilities
- Answering phones, taking messages
- Aid salespeople with filing and checking the status of orders
- Receive and bill special orders, receive and bill transfers, finalize transfers, bill and manifest orders, order stock materials, call customers regarding backorders or material availability.
- Ensure that all vendor returns are picked up by vendors.
- Set up and maintain RTV’s (return to vendor) in the PO through completion.
- Work with the sales team and purchasing department as needed to complete daily responsibilities.
- Ensure the appearance of the work area is kept orderly and clean.
Qualifications
- Organized
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable and willing to learn
- MS Office experience
- Industry experience a plus
- A+ or ERP experience a plus

Pay
The expected salary range is $24.00 - $27.00. Compensation will be based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
