About the role

Marketing Statement Elmhurst Hospital Center (EHC) is the major tertiary care provider in the borough of Queens. The hospital is comprised of 545 beds and is a Level I Trauma Center, an Emergency Heart Care Station and a 911 Receiving Hospital. Responsibilities

• Supervises personnel performing data processing functions in the areas of data entry, data control/coding, production control.
• Under the direction of the unit head, assists in supervising personnel performing responsible clerical and related activities by processing, recording, financial counseling, checking, and maintaining records, furnishing information, and preparing reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its educational equivalent.
• Six (6) months of full-time satisfactory clerical experience and/or experience interacting with the public, such as processing sales; taking, processing, and delivering orders; obtaining and dispensing information; listening to and resolving customers' concerns, problems, and complaints; and/or performing related customer service activities.
