Responsibilities

  • Support the Forensic Operations & Investigations Division by initiating and monitoring requests to Procurement for goods and services.
  • Ensure that the requisition is logged in the relevant program requisition spreadsheet by the end of the day and update the spreadsheet on a weekly basis, detailing the status of approvals pending, award execution, receipt of goods, invoicing, and liquidation of funds.
  • Assist Forensic Operations & Investigations Division personnel with scheduling and facilitating division meetings, coordinate with Security, and input guests into the Passage Point System.
  • Responsible for entering relevant work requests for Facilities and IT services and prepare necessary administrative documentation in support of meetings.
  • Perform all administrative duties to ensure the Forensic Ops department is supported.

Requirements

This position requires a four-year high school diploma or its equivalent, along with one year of satisfactory clerical experience. Keyboard familiarity with typing at a minimum of 100 key strokes (20 words) per minute is also required.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must provide a DNA sample by swabbing. The position is essential and may require 24-hour availability during emergency events.
