This clerical assistant position is patient-facing, providing scheduling and support to the front desk and clinic at Providence St Vincent Medical Center. Responsibilities
- Provide scheduling and front desk support in a clinic environment.
- Assist patients and caregivers in a customer service-oriented role.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
- Upon hire: AHA HeartSaver certification or AHA BLS certification (required for some Rehab clinic locations).
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience in a medical environment, rehab field, or working with medical terminology.
- 1 year of experience utilizing MS Office Suite or other Windows-based software programs.
- Experience with computerized patient scheduling programs.
- Experience with EPIC.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $29.08 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Schedule
This is a full-time, day-shift position.
